Product return policy

Delivery & Returns


Please do not return any products without first contacting us. We will provide you with a Covid-secure address that is safe to accept returns. We cannot take responsibility for, or accept any products returned to us without our prior authorisation.


Due to reasons of hygiene, health and safety, we do not accept returns of opened products under any circumstances. 

If you're unsure about investing in a full-sized product you haven't tried before, we recommend you ask us if trial size samples are available first.


We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after purchase. You can return your unopened and unused package to us within calendar 14 days from the day after you receive your order. 

Please contact us by email to let us know you want to return the products. We will provide you with an address to send the unused products. 

It is your responsibility to ensure you obtain proof of postage when sending us any returned items. We will not accept liability or process a refund if we have not received your parcel and there is no proof of postage available.

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. A refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method. We will not provide a refund if the products show any signs of use.
