Helen Bagnall - RGN, INP, PGDip(Aes.)
Helen is a Registered Nurse and Independent Prescriber (INP), holding a PGDip in Aesthetic Medicine - widely regarded as the UK’s gold standard qualification in aesthetic practice.
With a strong clinical foundation in general surgery and community nursing, Helen combines medical precision with an artistic eye. As the clinic’s Independent Prescriber, she ensures the highest standards of safety, governance and clinical oversight, allowing the clinic to operate with complete autonomy and integrity.
With meticulous attention to detail and refined aesthetic judgement, Helen is guided not by fleeting trends but by timeless principles of harmony and proportion, including the Phi ratio. Her approach is centred on subtle enhancement — elevating and restoring natural beauty rather than altering it.
In addition to her clinical work, Helen is a Designated Prescribing Practitioner for the University of Wolverhampton and the University of Chester, mentoring clinicians undertaking the rigorous Non-Medical Prescribing qualification as stand-alone modules or within Advanced Clinical Practice programmes. Coming from a family of educators, she is naturally passionate about teaching and finds great fulfilment in supporting the next generation of practitioners.
Above all, Helen balances her professional dedication with family life and is a proud mother to her two sons, Harry and Lucas.
Ami Hanwell - RGN, Trainee ACP
Ami is a Registered Nurse and Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP), currently working in the Emergency Department at University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire. She also enjoys teaching Advanced Life Support courses in a variety of settings.
Ami is a popular and valued member of our team, known for her ability to build rapport quickly and put patients at ease. Outside of work, she recharges through the great outdoors and her love of music.
Ami lives with her wife, Hayley, her daughter Lily-May, and their two younger sons, Fynn and Noah.
Tara O'Carroll RGN, BSc(Hons), 1:1
Tara is a Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector. Tara owned a successful domicillary care business for a number of years and during this time, trained as a registered nurse associate. Tara has since completed her BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing and is now completing an MA in Education.
Rebecca McLachlan
Rebecca is a qualified Art Teacher and highly skilled Semi-Permanent Make-Up (SPMU) artist. After teaching Art in secondary education for over a decade, she retrained in microblading with industry leader Karen Betts and has since expanded her expertise to offer a range of advanced SPMU techniques for enhancing brows and lips.
Known for her delicate fine-line tattooing, Rebecca combines technical precision with true artistic talent, creating beautifully natural results tailored to each client.
In addition to her SPMU specialism, Rebecca is qualified in microneedling and laser hair removal, bringing the same attention to detail and aesthetic eye to every treatment she offers.
Outside of the clinic, Rebecca is married to Ian, a mathematics teacher, and together they have two young children, Joe and Isla
Alice Gibbons
Alice is a qualified beauty therapist who is highly sought after for her impeccable skills and exceptional attention to detail. Alice is an HD Brow technician and offers popular eyelash treatments including LVL. Despite being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in 2018, she continues to approach life with remarkable positivity, strength and joy. In 2022, she featured in a powerful body-positive campaign for PrettyLittleThing in collaboration with GIRLvsCANCER during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, helping to challenge perceptions around post-surgery confidence and showing that true beauty comes from within.
Alice regularly defies expectations surrounding terminal cancer, refusing to let her diagnosis define her limits. Most recently, she completed an extraordinary 100km trek across the Sahara Desert over five days in support of CoppaFeel!. Her willingness to take on such an immense physical challenge in extreme conditions is a powerful testament to her resilience, courage and determination. Alice truly embodies the spirit of “Carpe Diem” — living fully, inspiring others and embracing every opportunity with grace and strength.
